Moisture-wicking top → absorbent core → impermeable TPU membrane → soft outer. Each layer independently tested.
TPU Thermal Bonding 18–25 microns
No glue, no PFAS-treated waterproof coatings. Bonded membrane survives 200+ wash cycles in our in-house wash lab.
4-Needle 6-Thread Flatlock Seams
Chafing-free construction. The same seam architecture used by Lululemon and Athleta on their high-end activewear.
AQL 2.5 Sample Inspection
